Sales Team manager (Lead Generation) 

Salary €40- €50k

Our Client, a fast growing global software company are opening new offices in Cork. They are currently looking for an experienced versatile Sales Manager with an extensive background in Lead Generation Sales Management across B2B and Corporate sectors. 

The role will involve leading a team of sales professionals in generating qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, demo's, webex's and tradeshow events. You will have the energy, the commitment, and the experience to drive growth through motivating your team to achieve consistent daily targets

Key Accountabilities

Ø  Managing a team of up to 10 Sales Executives in outbound lead generation

Ø  Manage, develop, drive and coach a team of specialised Account Executives

Ø  Managing a number of campaigns across Europe and USA

Ø  Specialised product knowledge required for each campaign

Ø  Carry out regular team and individual performance reviews

Ø  Producing performance reports for senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Ø  Recruitment and Selection of staff

Ø  Introducing incentives and processes to improve sales performance

Ø  Introducing KPI's

Ø  Managing all systems and processes in conjunction with all departments

Ø   

The Person

Ø  5+ years experience in sales management

Ø  Experience in Lead Generation,  IT, direct marketing,

Ø  Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Ø  Experience in recruitment and selection of team

Ø  Experience of performance management

Ø  Ideally experience of managing multi- lingual campaigns across Europe

Ø  Ability to problem solve and work on own initiative
