REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 years and below work experience only
• Participation on full software development cycle. Experience with Real Time Systems is much preferred
  
• Degree Educated and excellent command of English level required
• Technical competency with solid programming background. Strong Guru with OO language / with either C++, C# and Java development experience
• Soft skills, such as communications and presentation; interpersonal skills are important
• Have an interest in Finance / Investment Banking Trading
• Finance and Investment Banking experience is not a MUST
