HR Operations Manager
This is a newly created role within the HR team in a global luxury brand. The role focusses on supporting the company HR strategy and leading the regional projects whilst managing the full employee life cycle - recruitment through to succession planning for the region.
You will have atleat 7 years of HR experience preferably gained in a MNC, with strong knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits with a good understanding of new HR trends. You will be a hands-on individual with the ability to work independantly and within a team. Excellent communication and organisation skills and a willingness to travel within the region as and when the business demands.
You will have regional work exposure in a retail environment.
