Job Title :

Lead Consultant (Oracle Projects) - Oracle Practice

Location:

Any US City with Monday – Thursday, preference given to local candidates in Houston, Chicago and Charlotte (NC)

Responsibilities

• Hands-on knowledge on Oracle Projects with the ability to provide strategic consulting on Implementations.
• Support the consulting team in different phases of the project
• Suggest and implement solutions to solve customer’s problem areas
• Understands the issue; diagnose the root cause of the issue, identifies and shortlists solution alternatives
• Configures/builds the application/ process solution in line with the Design Documents
• Lead a team to deliver projects
• Knowledge & working experience in EPC industry is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be US Citizen or Green Card – No Sponsorship – if not local to Houston, Charlotte or Chicago, must be able to travel Monday - Thursday
• Should have 8-12 years of relevant consulting experience on majority of the following modules: Project Accounting (Project Costing, Project billing) Project collaboration suite (Project Management, Project Manufacturing
• Knowledge on Account Payables, Assets, Sub Ledger Accounting are Optional
• Should have worked on minimum 4-5 end to end implementations covering above modules.
• Should have worked on projects with complex organizational structures spanning across geographies and legal entities; including intercompany solutions for global projects
• Very good problem solving skills, after gathering relevant data and analyzing it.
• Proactively understands customer needs & display commitment towards meeting them.
• Has strong ability to bring in a fresh perspective; generate new and imaginative ideas/approaches.
• Undergraduate degree required with additional graduate degree preferred
• 7+ years in Oracle Packages consulting / solution architecture experience with 3+ complete lifecycle Oracle implementations
