Job Description
Ideal individual will act as a:

Technology management experience – requirements, proj mgmt, software selection, roadmap/strategy creation.
Understand business needs, define options
Campaign management exp
Exp with Consumer Services
Analytics, ability to analyse the consumer's actions
Will need to understand Brand, Business, and function of the website site.
Currently using a tool called "Sprinkler"
This tools helps to produce Social Media campaigns
It acts as an aggregator - brings in and scrapes data from all Social Media sites
Needs to be able to analyze consumer, buying habits, who they connect with, what they do if they go to the website
Will analyze new Tools selections & long term strategy
Need someone who understands the key concepts of Social Media and ideally someone who has been in this type of consulting role in the past
As the Program Lead for the Social Media & Relationship Management capability you will need to evolve and develop the long-term strategic roadmap while equally maintaining and managing the immediate and short term needs.
The program lead will have responsibility for the technical implementation and integration of the Social Media Management tools and capabilities Consumer Data, Consumer Services and Brand Campaign Management capabilities.
To be successful in this role, the selected Program Lead will need to be able to work independently, think and act strategically while delivering capability solution options that resolve the key business programs.
This role will interface heavily with key business stakeholders within the Brand, Sport and Commerce teams along with teams throughout Digital Technology
• Program Charter & Success Definition; clear definition of what is in scope and out of scope
• Current state assessment of business needs, current tools and gap analysis
• Detailed set of business uses cases, business requirements, technical and architectural requirements and key consumer privacy and security controls needed
• Identification, evaluation and comparison of leading vendors/solutions
• Coordinate the technical and architectural evaluations ensuring strong fit with existing infrastructure, integration with consumer data and complete adherence to privacy and security requirements
• Roadmap and recommendations that resolve and balance both short and long term needs
• Plans, project budget/funding requirements and high level business case to support long term decisions
Functions:
Work with team to facilitate meetings, move department towards meeting set deadlines.

Coordinate resources, budget and schedule for assigned projects. Manage changes to the project plan. Manage and facilitate all projects through implementation and the hand-off to base business support. Possible responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, and develop and execute project plans
