Description

Founded in 1984, our customer is a Michigan-based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner specializing in Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics SL, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. We have immediate positions available for a SQL/.Net Developer-Integrator.  As a team member, you will work with a diverse group of Microsoft Dynamics specialists providing solutions to a wide variety of clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Work with clients and consultants in analyzing and documenting client functional requirements
• Manage customer expectations and assist with change management
• Prepare functional and technical specifications
• Develop and maintain technical and user documentation
• Integrate to and from Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM product suites and third party applications
• Modify, customize, and develop custom reports and SQL processes as well as assist in the development of .NET modules/add-ins for Microsoft Dynamics GP versions 10, and 2010, Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010, and Microsoft CRM 2011.Configure and implement SharePoint sites specific to client needs
• Perform detailed test and evaluation of existing and newly developed supporting applications
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement custom software application programs in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and VBA
• Develop and customize Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010 master pages, themes, document libraries, dashboards, and sites
• Develop Microsoft Dynamics GP add-ins using Visual Studio tools for Dynamics GP and Modifier with VBA
• Develop Microsoft CRM add-ins using .NET components
• Utilize Microsoft .Net platform and tools to integrate with Microsoft’s CRM, SharePoint Server, and Dynamics GP
• Integrate custom and supporting applications with Dynamics GP using GP Web Services
• Develop custom reports in SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Use best practices and industry knowledge to solve problems
• Troubleshoot problems and formulate resolutions
• Report status of work to both customer and fellow team members
• The ability to work directly with client management and end users
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work with a variety of Microsoft technologies and other tools to solve clients' problems
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Achieve and maintain product certifications

Qualifications:

• MS SQL Server 2005/2008 experience with excellent stored procedure skills (2 to 4 years)
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience in versions 2005 and 2008 (1 to 2 years)
• Proficient in .NET (C#), ASP.NET development skills (1 to 2 years)
• MS SQL packaging, deployment and SSIS experience (1 to 2 years)
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2008 and 2010 (1 to 2 years)
• Database design experience (1 to 2 years)
• Enterprise integration experience ( at least 1 year )
• Experience with migrating data from external sources to MS SQL Server ( at least 2 years)
• HTML, ASPX, ASMX, CSS, XML and JavaScript (1 to 2 years)

• Consulting experience
• SOAP/REST and Web Services
• SharePoint 2007 and 2010 implementation and/or designer experience
• Microsoft CRM development experience
• Microsoft Dynamics GP development experience
• SmartConnect experience
• Scribe Insight and Workbench experience
• Windows Workflow Foundation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics development tools (Dexterity, C#.NET, VBA)
• Custom web parts development experience
• SharePoint master pages, themes, site, and dashboard development/implementation experience
• Background in accounting, finance, business, or management

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Technology preferred
• Accounting experience a plus
• MS-SQL, .NET, SharePoint, and CRM development certifications a plus
