Scope of Work:

• 5 years experience in telecommunications, demonstrating strengths in managing multiple demands and pressure conditions.
• Knowledge and experience in decoding and analyzing IS41/SS7/ISUP and packet messaging in order to trouble shoot issues.
• Experience working in the Alcatel/Lucent 5ESS, Nortel DMS 100, Nortel MTX, and Samsung Wireless Soft Switch.
• Experience working with Wireless E911 call processing and GPS location Technologies.
• Build, track and maintain large amounts of data, programs and tracking methods for FCC records.
• Fast response and reliable follow-through on problem resolution, providing strong analysis and problem solving in a timely manner.
• Ability to adapt to new work environments and challenges quickly and effectively.
• Ability to assure quality of service and meet customer demands by contributing, developing and implementing plans, programs and procedures designed to enhance operational efficiencies and predict customer needs.
• Demonstrate Strength in working with and motivating people towards a team goal, trouble shooting issues and generating and implementing innovative solutions.
• Proven ability to work in diverse business settings.
• Strong self-starter while managing to handle multiple projects.
