Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to manage Team Deliverables daily including team management and work load coordination
- Manage assigned teams within the Revenue Cycle Applications Group
- Coordinate assigned team initiative
- Advise staff concerning administrative procedures, technical issues, priorities, and problem solving
- Develop and maintain client relationships to partner with the IS organization and business owners to understand and meet business needs
- Candidate will need to become familiar with Production Support practices to maintain current environment, in addition to performing upgrades and new development
- Accountable for employees performance appraisals and identify professional growth and development needs
- Develop and manage internal training programs for direct reports
- Escalate appropriately to vendor and management personnel
- Accountable for Demand Management, Resource Utilization and Service Deliverables for area
Experience:
- 5+ years experience supporting and managing multiple Healthcare application teams
- Implementation experience and a proven track record
- Skilled at building and managing client relationships, influencing others, and be politically savvy
- Experience managing technical resources
- Must be able to analyze requirements and oversee creation of specifications, test plans and implementation
- Excellent functional and technical analytical skills
- Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to turn functional requirements into a solid technical solutions
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience providing management and technical oversight and guidance
- Can juggle many tasks/projects, respond quickly to new requests, and demonstrate flexibility when priorities change
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding client environment
- Full project life cycle experience, (requirements, specifications, design, construction, testing, etc)
- Skills in Project Management, issue resolution, consensus building, status reporting
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required
