Sales Administrator (closed)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain contracts by preparing initial contract set up and storing approved contracts.
Handle administrative detail, as may be required by the Sales department.
Prepared proposals and handle financial calculations are key!
Manage travel for sales team
Identify issues on contracts and advise appropriate salesperson.
Communicates with internal and external clients in various settings, which include but are not limited to meetings, teleconferences, e-mails and printed reports.
Maintain workflow from sales through accounting and customer support.
Prepares and maintains sales reports for all markets.
Direct inbound sales requests to appropriate representative.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
ANSWER BASIC SYSTEM/CONTRACTING QUESTIONS FROM POTENTIAL AND CURRENT CLIENTS.
PROVIDING SALES AND ADMINISRATIVESUPPORT INVOLVING EFFICIENT HANDLING OF CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENTS
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Experience in working with salesforce.com and Microsoft office

Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Beginning level powerpoint skills
Excellent typing and organizational skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years of related administrative support experience, sales environment preferred.
Communicating with global sales team for status of order and position of sales.
Preparing monthly or weekly sales analysis.
Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports
Fluent skills in CRM primarily salesforce.com
Reliable, accurate, with close attention to detail, great communication skills, ability to perform repetitive tasks, and excellent organizational skills .
