Essentially looking for someone with very very solid XSLT expertise, who doesn’t mind spending the bulk of his/her life on using XSLT to convert XML into a target structure for loading into the database, preferably with previous content experience and a fairly high level of perl knowledge.

“Content experience” means digital content manipulation and loading, conversion from multiple/various formats into other formats, etc.
