Associate Scientist/BioPharm Developer - Contract opportunity in Cambridge, MA, 6 to 7 months.  Candidate supports early phase development of small molecule drug candidates, and performs lab-based technical development activities with heavy emphasis on bench scale small molecule pre-formulation and formulation development.  Requirements:  Demonstrated experience in level developing solid dosage forms, from bench scale to pilot scale oeprations; Strong lab-based knowledge of Physical Pharmacy, solid dose formulation development and pilot scale processing of solid dosage forms; Good verbal and written communication skills; good organizational skills.  PhD in Pharma Sciences or related field + minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or MS Degree in Pharma or Chemical Engineering + minimum of 6 years relevant industrial experience; or BS + 8 years relevant experience.
