Job Description

Financial Analyst Manager

Act as a liaison between Finance and Program Directors supporting any financial analysis required by Program
Directors, VP of Finance and CFO.  Prepare revenue and rate analysis for each program and prepare monthly financial reports and statistical analysis for each program. Perform analysis of trends in revenue and receivables for each community program and report
results and recommendations for improvement to CFO and Program Directors. Analyze current processes and recommend
changes, where needed, to improve efficiency of operations and maximize cash flow.
Coordinate with IT Department and billing software provider to streamline reports needed by Program
Directors to manage their operations.  Perform project-based work as required by changes in business models.
Keep abreast of on-going changes in the long term care industry.  Interact with internal and external stakeholders
including Program Directors, vendors, clients, and representatives at other healthcare organizations.

Ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
Masters in healthcare administration or MBA preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare
organization/long term care/adult day care/licensed home care service agency or related experience.
Supervisory and management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, knowledge of current
healthcare trends as it relates to long term home health care, adult medical and social programs and
licensed home care services agencies, experience with billing rules for Medicare long term care cases
required. Knowledge of Microsoft programs essential. Knowledge of McKesson a plus.
