Position: Sales / Business development Manager
Experience: 8 to 15 yrs
Location: Brigade Software Park, Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore
Industry: Staffing/recruitment - Technical
Business Development and acquiring new accounts for Domestic Recruitment.
Building an extremely good rapport with Client’s HR Head/Manager.
Cold calling for business, new client development, negotiation of rate and SLA with the clients.
Lead Generation and prospecting within those clients
Sales presentation and proposal submission
Negotiations and Closure
Agreement signoff if required Transition
Post Transition activities and review to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Internal liaison to ensure delivery as per committed SLA’s.
Periodic interface with client for rapport building and review.
