A leading Construction and Engineering company in Australia, partnering with Global resourcing clients is looking to add a level 1/2 Desktop Support officer to their growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing tech support services; desktop/server
• SOE Projects
• Excellent customer service
• Developing rapport with users
• Providing proactive support

The ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years of Desktop Support experience
• Experience with AD & Exchnage, Citrix, Windows XP/7 and VMWare
• LAN/WAN
• Project Experience
• Excellent Communication skills
