CLINICAL/STAFF PHARMACIST - INPATIENT

As a Staff/Clinical Pharmacist for Inpatient pharmacy you will determine & resolve medication related problems, perform order entry & verify patient medication orders, monitor patient drug therapies and make medication therapy recommendations, and participate in patient care rounding & follow up with clinical team, among many other duties. Work 4 x10 hour days per week in a supportive, team environment where you will rotate thru all clinical areas.

Requires:
-B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy. Residency training (PGY1, PGY2) is highly desired. OR 3 years equivalent hospital pharmacy experience required.
-Strong clinical skills and team player.
-Active CA Pharmacist license, or eligible to reciprocate (with no marks on any license).
