A world- leading global manufacturer is seeking a key member of their accounting/finance leadership team. This position is over one of their primary business units. The Controller will support accounting/finance, tax, cost and cash modeling as well as drive improved  performance for business operations. This individual will serve as the primary contact for the project management office.

• Prepare worldwide original equipment monthly and year-end management reporting
• Review booked projects for on-going changes to revenue/cost/cash and risk mitigations
• Monitor potential project liabilities including LD's and back-charges
• Assist in quarterly business reviews
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Work with international sites to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support & plan short-term and strategic business forecasts
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Provide financial analysis & support to marketing, sales, and project management functions 

Preferred background:

• CPA or CMA
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 9+ years of experience in budget and financial analysis
• Excellent PC skills with proven ability to develop and modify sophisticated financial data
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Project governance experience
• Experience using Hyperion & SAP
• Awareness of commercial, tax and financing methods
• Ability to adapt to and contribute to organizational change in a fast paced business environment
