Associate Director – Consumer Satisfaction & Loyalty Research

Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Central London

A great opportunity for an Associate Research Director who is passionate to helping companies improve business performance through customer satisfaction and loyalty research.

You will be working for a fast growing Customer Research Team of the global research agency. You will work for global clients in variety sectors including energy, airlines, automotive and consumer packaged goods. You will be expected to design and deliver leading-edge research for those key clients. Applicants will therefore need to demonstrate substantial customer satisfaction or loyalty research experience.

Idea Candidate:

  • Significant experience in a market research agency
  • Substantial customer satisfaction or loyalty research experience is a MUST
  • You will have worked on varied studies, and possess project management skills that enable you to successfully juggle several studies concurrently
  • You will also demonstrate the ability to develop new business opportunities
  • Good people management skills are vital, as the role will include coaching less experienced staff to develop their research skills and their careers
