Dental Territory Manager (1673) (closed)
Develop profitable relationships with dental practitioners and specialists to meet and increase sales objectives for dental products within an assigned territory.
Primary Responsibilities
Achieving or exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory through the effective selling and marketing of company products to potential and existing customers
Analyse and assess customer process, portfolio and territory
Plan sales activity based on defined sales process to ensure that territory meets or exceeds assigned monthly and/or annual sales goals
Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company sales policies and procedures and demonstrate the ability to effectively implement them at the territory level
Establish and maintain a travel schedule that will allow consistent contact with potential users of implant and regenerative products
Develop and maintain accurate customer files and records with the use of CRM software or sales tools
Participate in national and local trade shows and company meetings as appropriate
The position requires extensive travelling
Compensation
Salary, commission and benefits commensurate with the skills, education and experience of the selected candidate
Education
University degree or college diploma in a program related to the medical or dental field.

Shows a clear understanding of customer needs and has solid relationship building skills
Addresses resistance, and shows persistence in overcoming setbacks or obstacles
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and organization skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and goal orientated
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
Must be willing to travel - overnight travel might be required
Self-motivated and goal orientated.
Working knowledge of (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of CRM software would be an asset
Work Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years of proven successful dental, medical, or related sales experience
