Job Description

The requirement is for a change management professional with a sound track record in the delivery of projects in the public sector, private sector or, ideally, both. Capable of delivering change management projects in various fields with specialist experience in communication / engagement or cultural change. Whilst delivery will be a key element to the role the candidate will be expected to contribute to:

  • business development and business growth
  • development of change management capability within the team

KEY TASKS:

  • delivery of change management services
  • to profitably lead the delivery of change management services with clients focusing on communication and engagement and/or cultural change. This would include:
  • ability to transfer knowledge of change management methodology into client organisations delivering flexible and effective solutions.
  • demonstration of exemplar change management capability to clients
  • delivery of commissions to time, budget and quality either as part of a team or individually on commissions.

 COMMISSION MANAGE PROJECTS INCLUDING:

  • financial and risk management
  • resource management
  • quality systems compliance (via BMS)
  • business development and business growth
  • pro-actively contribute to business development/fee generation in relation to allocated areas (change management related opportunities), activities to include but not be limited to:
  • active generation of new opportunities within existing commissions which they are involved in.
  • active generation and maintenance of clients/contacts to generate new opportunities over and above those already established
  • engagement with appropriate internal marketing initiatives and forums
  • active engagement with internal colleagues and relationship holders
  • actively promote Turner & Townsend
  • actively network externally
  • to create and support opportunities for other division development of change management capability within the team to further define and broaden the change management offering, including:  Definition of the offering and development of capability

 CANDIDATE POFILE:

The ideal candidate will be a change management professional with a proven track record of delivery in a consultancy environment. Specifically the candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • good experience in change management and change management related services.
  • degree qualified in a change management related field is preferred but not compulsory.
  • credible experience across a broad number of sectors including both public and private sectors
  • proven ability to contribute to business development
  • sound network of clients and contacts
  • strong cultural fit with Turner & Townsend
