 Job Description for DFT Engineers:

• 3+years of experience in DFT methodology using Logicvision and Mentor tools for MBIST, LBIST and TestKompress based DFT logic insertion.
• Experience in NC/VCS extensively for DFT simulations and debugging SDF simulations issues
• Experience in Synopsys DC for synthesis or Cadence LEC tools for logic equivalency checks
• Good scripting knowledge using tcl, awk, sed, perl and Makefile.
• Have worked on 65nm/40nm projects on memory intensive and complex clocking blocks
