1. Good experience in HP LoadRunner


2. Able record scripts with different protocol, execute load tests, analyze the results and publishing the reports


3. Good in Root cause analysis of performance bottlenecks.


4. Server side monitoring and find the bottle necks


5. Knowledge in HP BAC/BSM is an additional advantage
