Human Resources Assistant (closed)
provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Be responsible for assisting with recruitment, benefits, payroll, etc. Conducts new hire orientation for employees and exiting interviews with all exiting employees. Maintains HR Office system; entering in new hires, change of status, terminations, etc. ensuring accuracy and integrity. Maintain professional working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of High School or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of business experience in a related field in the banking and/or finance industry; credit card processing a plus, experience working in a Human Resources department preferred, knowledge of state and federal regulations, good interpersonal skills and sensitivity to diverse employee service orientation, ability to work independently as well as in a team, good work ethics, competent in Windows based computer applications (Microsoft Office), etc.
