A newly created position, due to growth; the Senior Project Manager role will see you bring together your established project management ability on major projects in excess of $100m, ideally on major Commercial, Industrial and Institutional related assignments.

Your sound ability, delivery and understanding of project profitability, management of key client relationships, bid / tender management, cost planning, programming / scheduling and supplier / contractor re-negotiation skills will see you thrive in this multi-national constructor.

Your proven Project Management experience with staff management, project deliverability and utilising your outstanding people skills simultaneously to bring about a harmonious and respectful team culture will no doubt have you spearheading and driving future projects in related sectors.

To be considered you will be:

·         Degree qualified in construction and or project management

·         Proven and extensive project management experience on major projects ($100m +)

·         Have a minimum 5 years (recent) exposure on Airport exp front end and delivery

·         Ability to establish and manage a high performing team

·         Sophisticated and effective communication skills

·         Robust business and commercial ability

·         Ideally from a Tier 1 business
