Job Description

Kay and Associates, Inc. has several opportunities for experienced SMT/Through-Hole Production Solderers for multiple client locations and shifts. Most people use a magnifying glass to perform this type of work.

Elk Grove Village - 2nd Shift ($9/hr)
Rolling Meadows - 1st Shift ($10 - $12/hr)
Aurora - 1st Shift ($10 - $12/hr)
Chicago - 1st Shift ($10 - $12/hr)

Sample Responsibilities include:

Assembly and soldering of single and double-sided PCBs
SMT soldering and replacing missing components
Touching up chips that the wave solder machine did not connect properly
Working closely with Quality and Materials departments to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

At least 6 months experience using SMT tools to perform soldering
At least 6 months experience soldering and reworking PCBs
Ability to read and understand work instructions written and verbally communicated in English
