Senior Scripting, UNIX, and Java Developer
Application developer able to work independently under general direction in an Unix environment. Will be responsible for the development of applications in several environments. In particular looking for a UNIX Shell, PERL/CGI Scripting skill sets. Web development background including desired JAVA Ajax/Jacks-WS and related web services background a plus. Experience with Eclipse/Mave and use of Subversion also a plus. Expertise in Tomcat and Apache applicaiton configuration and maintenance in a UNIX/Solaris environment a plus. Applicant should have the ability to take general high level design specifications and complete low level design and coding tasks to complete the tasks assigned. The incumbent will be required to work with a geographically dispersed team so strong written and verbal communications are an absolute must. Experience with Solaris UNIX a plus.
