The .Net Development Lead Analyst is responsible for providing high quality design, analysis, development, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance of the case management system application. The Lead Analyst will lead the analysis, design proposal, development, verification and implementation phases for system functional areas, utilizing resources from multiple technical teams, while coordinating and directing design meetings to perform analysis of current business practices, create detailed designs using Object-Oriented methodologies to meet business needs, and determine risk, size and scope of designs.

Leadership is a key asset for this position, as the Lead Analyst will evaluate and recommend alternative solutions and designs based on user business needs and technological opportunity, discusses alternatives and approaches with colleagues as part of a team, and proposes, researches, evaluates and recommends new technologies and approaches for development team use.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of developmental experience using the .Net 3.5/4.0 framework and VB.Net.
• 3+ years of experience using Sybase or Microsoft SQL, and T-SQL.
• At least 1 year of team lead or project lead experience.
