Client : Banking sector

Description :

8 + years of experience in Rule Based Systems development including end to end development and implementation of Rule Based Systems using leading rule engines such as FICO Blaze Advisor, IBM JRules

Must have demonstrated skills and experience in cost benefits analysis, rule engine evaluation and selection, creating implementation road maps.

Strong application development background using the following technologies:Java/J2EE/Spring/Hibernate/JPA/Maven/Websphere technologies

Experience working in lead roles working with IT and business leaders,

end users, project managers, analysts, testers.

Ability to lead development teams in an onshore offshore environment and deliver timely results.

Strong understanding of SDLC, scope and change management.

Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Experience with any of the following is a strong plus: Websphere Portal, TIBCO, Agile, Mortgage and Financial IT.
