Our client is a well established Private Equity firm with offices on the East Coast and in San Francisco.  This is a dynamic successful company with a great quality of life environment.

They currently seek a Corporate Paralegal for their San Francisco office.  This position will act as the right arm of the COO and CFO.  Private equity experience is mandatory.  This position will deal with portfolio management and organizing and managing the company's compliance policy as they are newly registered.  There is very little OT involved in this position.

This is a small office so a team orientated person who doesn't mind covering the phones or reception when needed is the best fit for our client.   Strong organizational skills and a superior attention to detail are a key to being successful in this position.  Strong excel and powerpoint skills are required.

Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience are preferred.
