The District Manager reports to the VP of Pharmacy Ops and supervises an assigned region of Pharmacists to operate efficient pharmacies and execute against the company business plans & objectives
Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership and staff development for team members
· Participate in the planning and development of district retail budgets
· Use KPI to monitor and improve customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and workflow standards
· Compliance with all federal/state regulations and resolve noncompliance issues
· Conduct store visits and complete pharmacy tour sheets to ensure stores are in compliance with overall company standards of operation
Knowledge & Skills:
· 5 years Pharmacy Ops (multi-site) leadership exp
· Proven leadership skills and a proactive, optimistic management style
· Proven ability to drive results
· Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
· Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
· Excellent communication skills
· Exp as a Pharmacist-In-Charge or Pharmacy Manager pref with exp growing pharmacy business to meet sales & prescription volume objectives.
Education
· B.S Pharmacy, or Pharm D. & current pharmacy licensure in good standing
