Position: Senior Requirements Analyst

Duration: 6 months to start

Location: Colorado

Description: Elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users. Serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements. Consulting team member on client or internal assignments for product implementation, enhancement or integration projects. Works on a variety of problems, some of complex scope, where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Brings 3-5 years of experience in software design, technical product support or consulting. Analyst/Developer activities include, but are not limited to, the following activities: Code and Unit Test from technical specifications ensuring quality of all deliverables. Perform any string testing activities ensuring front to back interoperability among all related code sets.  Create technical designs from functional specifications ensuring business requirements are met and quality of all deliverables. Review completed coding efforts from authored designs ensuring business requirements, quality, standards are met. Lead/Direct/Coordinate design and coding activities of small project team ensuring business requirements, quality and standards are met. Support Client’s system integration testing by analyzing and resolving issues specific to the developed or designed interfaces.
