Immediate need for a Senior Accountant - Consolidations for a fast-growing, internationally recognized, pre-IPO company located in the Washington, DC metro area.  This position is primarily responsible for assisting with the consolidation of the company's related entities in accordance with US GAAP and the preparation of the consolidated financial statements as well as disclosures that meet the SEC reporting standards for publicly traded entities. In addition, the position will assist with the preparation of variance analysis/explanations for the consolidated results related to the company.
