We are currently recruiting a senior level User Interface Engineer to join our next generation cloud-based eCommerce order management system team. You will be working with senior business executives and the development team to design our next generation of eCommerce order management system. Your role is to drive the design and user interactions using Web 2.0 technologies and techniques. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the effect to create the overall UI including structure, navigation and evolving theme
• Conduct UI design sessions with input from business units and the technical team
• Develop wireframes, technical prototypes and screens
• Define user experience metaphor and design patterns
• Create reusable HTML templates and style sheets based on Web 2.0 UI standards and guidelines

Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing complex web applications
• Thorough understanding of overall UX design concepts and processes
• Strong understanding of the user-centered design process
• Ability to generate design concepts and expand them into a detailed design
• Experience with generating UX prototypes, UI specifications, flow diagrams, and both high fidelity & low fidelity wireframes
• Strong organizational skills
• Must have commercial software product user interface design experience
• Experience with designing highly contextual user experience
• Experience with designing/extending web apps with highly relational data/object structure
• Ability to prototype with HTML, CSS and jQuery
• High proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
