Location: San Antonio, TX (local resource preferred, but not mandatory)
Duration: ASAP for 1 year
Clearance: TS SCI (MANDATORY)

Must be US Citizen or Green card holder

Job description:

• Installation/Configuration/Updates
• Assist in providing administrative assistance for IBM Tivoli Netcool suite.
• Configure the IBM TBSM to manage by service rather than by device
• Configure IBM Netcool TADDM module for capability demonstration
• Provide engineering analysis studies to support the development of SOPs for maintaining and operating the IBM Tivoli Netcool suite of tools and for IBM Tivoli Netcool deployments. [Engineering Analysis (DAL)]
• Work with NetIQ, EMC and other SA tool SMEs on integration with the IBM Tivoli Netcool suite as needed.
• Implement the integration and data exchange interface between EMC Ionix suite and IBM Tivoli Netcool suite deployments.
• Implement the integration and data exchange interface between NetIQ AppManager suite and IBM Tivoli Netcool suite.
