Join our Automotive group as we grow our recruitment team for both Engineering and IT commodities. Partner and collaborate with Account Management and clients to execute full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume, fast paced environment
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sources candidates using creative and varied techniques to ensure candidate inventory to support client needs
  • Qualifies candidates by conducting detailed interviews, skills assessments, background checks and references
  • Negotiates compensation and benefits to ensure profitable result
  • Presents candidates to client based on proper match of skills, qualifications and requirements
  • Coordinates candidate interviews and prepares candidate for on-site interviews
  • Finalizes offers to candidates and coordinates the on-boarding process with Human Resources
  • Maintains an active candidate pipeline in anticipation of client needs
  • Maintains applicant tracking system

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 1 year business or customer service experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills required; experience with MS Office suite
