blueStone has been retained by a leading direct sales company to assist in their search for an Oracle Implementation Project Manager. This is a full time/direct placement opportunity located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Lead Software Developer - Integration will specialize in developing and deploying integration solutions. This position will leverage their expertise and hands-on experiences to lead integration development that maximize utility, reuse, and minimize maintenance, there by designing components that accelerate enterprise application deployments. The ideal candidate for this role will be an Oracle Middleware / SOA development lead with in-depth, hands-on knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite and integration standards and best practices at the enterprise level. This person must be capable of leading the development of comprehensive integration solutions using Oracle Middleware 11g as the core.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:

Deliver integration solutions leveraging the capability of Oracle Middleware / SOA / Application Integration Architecture (AIA) expertise for Amway’s cross application processes while adhering to the enterprise architecture, data security and data management standards •Demonstrate leadership in implementing integration solutions leveraging tools within the Oracle Middleware suite: Application Integration Architecture, SOA 11g (BPA, BAM, BPEL Process Manager, Web Services Manager, ESB, OSB, ODI, OSR, and various adapters) •Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to interpret, modify and/or produce documented integration application frameworks or architectures for global deployments •Define and adhere to integration standards and strategies, and governance process •Mentor and manage the integration development team members

The accomplished individual will demonstrate progressive experiences in: •Implementation of Oracle Middleware / SOA / Application Integration solutions based on Oracle Fusion Middleware 10g/11g •Utilizing web services that allow 'real-time' integration with source and target applications •Object and Component modeling (UML) and message workflow design •Development using Java, J2EE, XML, HTML, JavaScript / CSS and frameworks like Spring, Struts, Hibernate •Integration tools - Oracle Application Server, Oracle Weblogic •Service definition, design and implementation using WSDL and/or SOAP •Implementing Business Process Orchestration using BPEL or an equivalent proprietary solution •Oracle database skills (i.e. SQL, security, tables/indexes, PL/SQL stored programs) •Working knowledge of Java/J2EE, Oracle 10g/11g Database, Unix O/S, Linux •Technical / development of an Oracle E-Business Suite environment is a plus •Middleware and application integration experience •Recent Oracle Middleware / SOA / Application Integration Architecture hands-on solution design experience as the lead developer
