Romack Search is part of one of the fastest growing Professional Services firms in Texas with Revenues in excess of $50 million.  We are expanding our Professional search firm division specializing in Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, and Human Resources placements.  The Senior Search Recruiter will be based in our Irving Texas office to lead Contingent and Retained candidate search engagements.  The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, emerging leader with two or more years of Professional search experience with a top tier, global Contingent or Retained Professional search firm.

 The Position 

The Senior Search Recruiter (SSR) supports the “front line” of the Romack Search client engagement model.  Working closely with a Professional Search Associate (PSA), the SSR is in charge of candidate selection, which includes: identification of candidate; developing a relationship with candidate, profiling the candidate and presenting the candidate to the PSA for consideration and solidifying a candidate’s acceptance of a job.

Desired skills and Experience are: MOST IMPORTANT - Must have a good understanding and recruiting experience of Java and .Net Development Professionals.  Android and IOS Knowledge are a huge plus.   (1) two or more years of Professional search experience with a top tier, regional Professional search firm; (2) excellent communication and interpersonal skills; (3) professional project and timeline management skills; (4) the entrepreneurial spirit, personal drive, and “will to win” required to get challenging searches over the goal line; and, (5) the desire and ability to provide leadership in shaping the culture of a world class professional services firm.

Compensation Model

The ideal candidate will receive a base of $60,000 plus a generous commission plan.  We expect this position to have a targeted revenue stream of $300,000+.  Total compensation target is $100,000+.
