Looking for someone with the initiative/drive to produce at the staff accountant level, but with a want to move up in a few years.  CPA or CPA eligible would be preferred and Big 4 or other accounting firm experience would be a nice bonus as well.  Pay range will fall into the $55-65k range, completely dependent on experience.  Personality wise, we need someone who is very laid-back and has a good sense of humor (someone who doesn't offend easy).  If someone is looking for an extremely structured environment with gradual steps to move up, this probably isn't the place of them.
