Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Kansas City, MO,
Rate: 11.25/ hr (Contract)
Start: June 18th, 2012

Job Details:
Field inbound calls from nationwide customers regarding basic to complex product inquiries
Identify and resolve issues within a timely and efficient manner
Providing excellent customer service at all time while meeting and exceeding company customer relations model
Adhere to companies attendance policy

Requirements:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Have at least 1+ years in Customer Service
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must be flexible to work 1st and 2nd shift
Available to work one weekend day
Must pass a criminal background check ( goes back 10 years)
Must pass a credit check (no liens, repossessions, foreclosures, or charge offs in the last 12 months) – no credit is fine
