Exciting in house opportunity for a Corporate Governance Paralegal with a global company.  Qualified Paralegals will have the following background:

• Corporate governance experience.
• Experience maintaining a corporate database for tracking the legal activity for multiple domestic and international subsidiaries, including experience with e-billing, document retention and invoicing.
• Prior in house experience.
• Must have a Bachelors degree; a Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
