Job Summary:

Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing, and administering of occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance & level of function while learning to live.
80% inpatient 20% outpatient, they use the FIM scale.

 A sign on bonus available starting at 5k
