Nature & Scope: Test Engineer is responsible for testing and analysis of rotating equipment, mechanical parts, and components. Performs essential test platform updates to accommodate new technologies and products. Analysis and reporting of manufacturing test results, yields, and related data. Researches new methods, technologies, and tools utilized in the testing industry to maintain continuous development improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications: BS Degree in an Engineering discipline. 3+ years experience in similar Test Engineering capacity. Knowledge of Design for Test, Design for Manufacturing, Assembly Test, as well as general manufacturing processes. Ability to read, evaluate, and interpret internal specification documents, and, from this, develop a comprehensive manufacturing test plan. Experience reading schematics and troubleshooting boards during test design process. Extensive knowledge and application of FMEA. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) for successful interaction across multiple internal departments and with a broad range of personnel. Ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities, projects, duties, and deadlines simultaneously.
