A London based consultant requires an MRICS or FRICS Sri Lankan QS to work as a NO2 in a new business in Sri Lanka. This is a role that will develop into a NO1 position in due course.

This role is an Operations manager position. The role will encompass Business Development, and all post contract works. So a very well rounded SQS who has solid experience in the Middle East and is looking to return to Sri Lanka or is currently based in Sri Lanka.

Experience  - MRICS OR FRICS. 20 PLUS years of total experience with a desired 5 years in the Middle East would be preferable.  Hotel and housing experience again an advantage.
