Restaurant District Manager

General Responsibilities:
* Oversee several fast-casual restaurants within a specified region
* Utilize experience in strong cost controls to ensure each unit is profitable
* Coach and mentor the management team
* Monitor sales, costs, budgets, etc.
* Be proactive in building bench strength
* Hold regular management meetings to obtain updates on each unit, roll out new programs, and monitor activity
* Perform regular unit visits
* Other responsibilites as needed to ensure effective, smooth, and profitable operations with high guest satisfaction ratings


Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years overseeing multiple units in QSR or quick-casual
* Experience dealing with both corporate and franchise operations a huge plus 
* Proven ability to build sales
* Proven ability to maximize profits and stay within set budgets
* Exceptional team-spirit and willingness to be a part of a winning company
