6562 MS Dynamics GP Business Support Analyst

Location: Gaithersburg, MD 20877

Position Type: Direct Hire

Travel Required: 25% to 50% travel in PA-MA-NY-VT

Duties:

¬         Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains financial application systems.  This is a highly customer-focused role.  Will be working with all levels of associates.

¬         Develop Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains customized forms, processes and workflows.  

¬         Planning and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing application systems.

¬         Consult with stakeholders to determine and document requirements.

¬         Configure and implement application systems

¬         Resolve 2nd-level application system questions / issues and documenting resolution activities in Remedy tracking system.

Position Requirements:

¬         3+ years proven experience in implementation and ongoing support of financial application systems – specifically Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains

¬         Strong customer service delivery orientation – comfortable in working with all levels of individuals

¬         Ability to lead projects as needed

¬         Very detail-oriented

¬         Ability to travel approximately 35-50% of the time.

¬         Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio skills.

Experience with Kronos and/or UltiPro a plus
