Job Summary:

Manages clinical functions of the Wound Care Center. Supervises clinical staff.  Working autonomously, the Manager accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a case manager to plan, implement and evaluate the care for clients according to age specific criteria.  The Clinical Manager works within the State Practice Act and follows all curative, WCC and affiliate hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:

EDUCATION

Associate's Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

CA RN Licensure, BCLS
Minimum:    Graduation from Nursing School
Preferred:    AS Nursing; BSN
Minimum:    2 years prior experience in an acute care setting. 
Preferred:     Ambulatory care experience desirable; supervisory experience preferred.
