Procom Services is seeking a Process Control Engineer to join the CRM Migration team to provide project coordination functions for the Control Room Management initiative.  The successful candidate will be detail oriented and have 5 plus years of experience with Gas Control and/or storage activities on a pipeline.

Job Description:

o   Provide the project coordination function for the Control Room Management initiative for 3 Natural Gas storage facilities.

o   Working closely with subject matter experts in Storage/Gas Control and the Control Room Management (CRM) team in Houston, perform all CRM project coordination duties for storage facilities including;

§  Learn the CRM rule requirements as published by DOT/PHMSA

§  Create and maintain a detailed project schedule

§  Author technical documentation relating to the CRM procedures

·         Management of Change

·         Shift Change

·         Verification configuration

·         Record-Keeping

·         Deviations

§  Assist in defining applications needed by Storage

§  Assist with gathering input from Storage Subject Matter Experts and communicating with Houston resources responsible for implementation

§  Assist with alarm rationalization and documentation of decisions

§  Assist with coordinating resources to accomplish the project objectives

·         Experience:

o   At least 5 years of work experience

o   A background in technical Project Management

o   Ideally, some background in gas control and/or storage activities on a pipeline.
