Job Description: Under limited supervision, performs semi-routine and moderately complex activities for the development and implementation of new circuits designs. Develops or modifies designs to facilitate the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of Analog and Digital circuits. Reviews electronic product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of component specifications. Recommends and prepares changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate PCB manufacturing. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
Education: Typically requires a college degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Analog circuits or equivalent and two to three years related experience.
Experience and Training: Knowledge of board level (PCA and PCB) design and analog/digital electronic circuitry. Board-level digital electronic design implementing micro-controller programmable logic devices. Knowledge of programming languages such as C, Visual C++ and Delphi.
