The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

 

  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Creating, printing, and maintaining folders for work and service orders
  • Labor/Time entry for  payroll
  • Generating and managing monthly and weekly reports
    • Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms and arranging lunches as needed for various meetings
  • Meeting with customers
  • Coordinating field technicians’ schedules
  • Maintaining contracts
  • Ordering and maintaining supplies for the office

     

 

Job Requirements 

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years experience in an Administrative position
  • General computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Minimum typing speed of 50wpm

 

COMPETENCIES

  • General computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Access, Visio, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with various office equipment and Microsoft Office Programs
  • Proper telephone etiquette – meeting planning, taking messages

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent working experience.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Manufacturing/Inventory software
  • Thorough proficiency of WORD and EXCEL
  • Scheduling and POWERPOINT software

 

 OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Detail oriented
  • Must have excellent organizational ability  
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Self-starter and able to work without direct supervision
