Digital Intelligence Systems (DISYS) has a leading airline company seeking a Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) Engineer to join their team. This is a long-term contract.

Roles Based Access Control Engineer

The Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) Engineer will possess a strong aptitude for personnel/process management, team collaboration, and business communication; with the ability to effectively influence positive change throughout our complex and fast paced environment. As the RBAC engineer, candidate is required to design and implement role discovery, role engineering and Role Based Access Control strategy. Candidate must be self-motivated and be able to develop and execute these functions for a complex infrastructure.

• Effectively use OIA's ETL functionality to populate the Identity warehouse with Identity information from various systems, which include LDAP repositories and mainframes
• Collaborate with business units, IT infrastructure & Architecture teams to enable role discovery and role engineering processes
• Design and implement integration with Oracle Waveset wherever applicable
• Provide RBAC direction, strategy and implementation capabilities
• Help develop meaningful RBAC insights ( dashboard and metrics) that allow client to monitor, analyze, review and govern user access (Access Governance)

Qualifications / Skills / Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Management Information Systems, or related area a plus
• 5+ years’ experience in designing and implementing sophisticated Role Based Access Control technologies such as Oracle Waveset and OIA
• Possesses proactive initiative, leadership, and accountability
• Provides a high level of professional maturity and judgment
• Maintains and enforces confidentiality, treating all information and data within the scope of the position with an appropriate level of discretion and security
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has outstanding project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple, diverse, and simultaneous requirements
• Demonstrates ability to quickly and effectively recognize problems and develop appropriate solutions
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
