Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all business and functional requirements are met through the creation and documentation of detailed design specifications and test cases.
-TDD/BDD methodology – follow coding standards, code reviews
-Collaborate with project managers, other programmers, project sponsors and QA analysts to deliver business-focused solutions on time and within budget.
-Participate in all aspects of the SDLC specifically - design, estimation, construction, unit and integration testing.
-Maintenance of existing and implementation of new web applications.
-Develop high-quality implementations following established development processes and provide post implementation support and on call production support of application suite.
-Research and keep well-informed of the latest developments in Internet technologies.

Requirements:
-5 years’ experience in .Net development
-5 years’ experience in Java development
-Rapid development methodologies – Agile, Scrum
-Experience with Visual Studio (2008, 2010)
-Experience with JSP, JSTL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
-Experience with Java, Hibernate, Struts, Spring MVC
-Experience with Java IDE - Eclipse, Netbeans
-Experience with applications servers – Tomcat, IIS, Apache
-Proficient in web services related technologies – XML, XSLT, XPath

Desired:
- Experience with Subversion, JUnit, Jira
-TDD and BDD methodologies
